The Institut des Hautes Études pour les Pratiques et les Arts de Transformation (IHEPAT) offers transformation processes for organizations to develop scalable capabilities within organizations.
Fields of intervention
over the long term by transdisciplinary teams
Our interventions focus on transforming organizations, cohabiting with other forms of life, and recomposing the links between knowledge, care and environments. The invention of singular approaches helps organizations and collectives to experiment with new ways of perceiving, feeling, thinking and acting in the face of the profound mutations of our times.
We develop immersive processes, run sensitive and forward-looking workshops, and implement methods forintegrating experience to support managers, help local projects emerge, promotepublic innovation or help professionals evolve their practices.

Based on an explicit request, IHEPAT designs customized transformation processes based on a shared intention.
Without pre-determining results, our approach is based on the quality of our presence,attentive listening to people and fine-tuned attention to contexts . In small groups, we organize immersions into practice environments to explore situational knowledge, discern the tensions at work and create new dynamics of cooperation and transformation.
By putting lived experience into perspective and continuously documenting processes, we support the anchoring of transformations over time, by linking learning to the concrete realities of organizations.
